Sample Menu 1

 

On the Counter

ANTIPASTI MISTI mix board with cured meats, assorted cheeses, roasted nuts, marinated veggies, crudités and dips.

Sit Down Menu

INSALATA alla GRIGLIA Grilled Belgian endive and radicchio with fresh arugula, tossed in a creamy Gorgonzola dressing.

2nd Course

POLLO MEDITERRRANEO Slow cooked braised chicken with roasted red peppers, crushed tomatoes, Kalamata olives, onions, garlic rosemary and thyme, finished with fresh basil

 

Sample Menu 2

QUINOA Prepared with chicken stock, Mediterranean spices and saffron (Chicken will be put on top of the quinoa)




VERDURE di INVERNO. Assorted roasted veggies of heirloom carrots, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli, dressed with a zataar, shallot and red wine vinaigrette, topped with French sheep feta and finished with fresh herbs (cilantro, dill and mint).

 

 

Tray Pass

TORTILLA SPAGNOLA Frittata style, thinly sliced potato and onion with sautéed spinach, baked with egg 


RAVIOLI FRITTI  Individual fried ravioli, filled with spinach, mushrooms and cheese, in a pomodoro dipping sauce 

3rd Course

DOLCI MISTI Two mini desserts tray on either end of table ($10 per person).

Two whole roasted quails stuffed with oregano and garlic. Served with roasted beets, leeks, and potatoes.
